Animal Care

The Green Lion’s Animal Care volunteering programs support animals in need while assisting the people and organisations dedicated to their care. Working alongside shelters, rescue centres and conservation teams, these programs focus on providing daily care and enrichment for animals ranging from dogs and cats to wildlife and marine species.

Volunteers take part in hands-on tasks such as feeding, cleaning, walking and basic care, helping maintain safe and healthy environments. The work is practical and rewarding, offering insight into animal welfare, rehabilitation and conservation while making a genuine difference day to day.
